Rona Season

The first thing I need to do to write a successful paper is pretty much everything. I don't have any sources at the moment, and I have not yet started writing my rough draft. I'm confident however that I will write a very successful paper. I just need to actually do it. I'm not really worried because I still have some time left to do it.

My topic is that I believe that out of state tuition should be lowered in PA. People I believe that would have an influence on this is the head of education in PA, all of the universities in PA, and every student paying out of state tuition in PA. I believe that the head of education in PA would be hard to convince because he would make less money. I also believe this would be the same situation for the heads of the university. I do believe though that they would like it because they would potentially get more diversity on campus and would have more kids from different parts of the country and the world. Out of state students would obviously love the idea because it would mean they would be paying less money than they are currently paying to be here.

So far I have had a pretty good semester. I haven’t had a late assignment yet and I have gotten good scores on everything I turned in so far. I still need to get some stuff done for my ED class but I’ll take a day soon to grind that all out so then it’s all done with, plus the stuff I need to do for ED I actually need to do for RTC wrestling so I’ll be killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I got back on the team for wrestling which has been a lot of fun because I did really miss it during the time I wasn’t practicing. I haven’t really had anything bad happen which is nice. I think this semester will keep rolling like it did in the fall and I think I’ll do even better this time.

I have had many experiences at Clarion University since I arrived back in August. Many of them Have been good, but I have had a few of them that were not so good. The worst one I could probably think of not being able to wrestle my first semester of college. I got a call from my wrestling coach hours before I was supposed to take the 10 hour drive to Clarion, and he told me the whole first semester I was not eligible to take part in any wrestling related activities which meant no competition, no practice, and no lifting with the team. This was very negative for me because the one reason I came out to Clarion in the first place was being taken away from me. So for four months I was counting down the days until I could finally wrestle with the team again, and eventually that day came after I regained eligibility. I now can do everything with the team that I was supposed to be able to do at the start of the year. It was a rough few months, and was probably the worst experience I had at Cl...

I chose Clarion University because they were the only school with a D1 wrestling program that would give me a chance to wrestle for them. A positive experience I have had at Clarion is all of the new friends I have made on, and off the wrestling team. At first I thought I would never have any friends here because I was coming from so far away, but right when I got here I made a ton of new friends, and within a couple weeks I felt like Clarion was a great place to be. I still do miss home sometimes, but the people I have met at Clarion have made it a lot easier being far from home.

I expect to learn a lot this semester. I expect to learn about different things that I did not know about before in my 5 new classes. I expect myself to learn to be a better student and a better wrestler every day. I expect myself to earn at least a 3.0 this semester. I expect myself to learn to become a better writer in English. I expect to learn more about earth in geography. I expect to learn more about education. I expect to learn more about science in inquiry. I expect to learn more about math in math. I think I will learn a lot of things in my second semester just like I did in my first. I think it will be very interesting and I’m excited to see what I encounter.
